Austin Maxwell

Austin Maxwell is a veteran who retired from the Tennessee Army National Guard after 28 years, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, earning a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He holds an MBA and works as an executive in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Maxwell has a strong history in Republican politics, twice serving as Chairman of the Rutherford County Republican Party. He also served as Secretary for the National Guard Insurance Trust of Tennessee and was active in local youth sports in Murfreesboro, where he and his wife Claire raised four children. His campaign focuses on his extensive public and private service.
