Babita L. Rusyn is a Republican candidate for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in District 96. She previously worked as a forensic chemist for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and has a background in biochemistry and psychology. Rusyn is currently an adjunct professor and educator, as well as a student of legal studies at the Texas A&M School of Law. She is running to provide legal advocacy and deliver science-based resolutions in the state legislature.
