Baltazar Fedalizo is of Native American and Filipino heritage and served in the U.S. Navy. He holds an MBA and was a Subway franchise owner, winning Franchisee of the Year in 2005. In 2017, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his work helping formerly incarcerated individuals find employment. He has also received awards for his entrepreneurial work in the biofuel industry. He currently serves as the executive director for Nature's Hotline Food Bank. He previously ran for this seat in 2024.
