Barbara A. Bagshaw is an incumbent State Representative for Maine's District 106, currently serving her first term in the 131st and 132nd Legislatures from 2023 to 2026. A Republican, she represents part of Windham and sits on the Education and Cultural Affairs Committee. Prior to her legislative service, Bagshaw dedicated 25 years to teaching students from elementary through college and spent a decade as president of an arts nonprofit organization. She has also traveled internationally as a speaker and relief worker, and actively engages in local community service, including assisting a food pantry and the homeless.
