Won election to the Andover Board of Selectmen at age 24 and then to the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing Andover, Tewksbury and Lawrence. Earned his law degree at the Massachusetts School of Law and co-founded the law firm Dalton & Finegold in Andover, where he remains a partner. Lives in Andover with his wife Amy and their three children; coaches youth hockey and football.
