Ben Moss is a lifelong resident of Rockingham, North Carolina, and a graduate of Richmond Senior High School. His career experience includes working as a railroad engineer with CSX. Before his election to the NC House, he served on the Richmond County Board of Commissioners from 2010 to 2020. He was first elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2020, initially representing the 66th district before being redistricted to the 52nd district in 2023. He is a husband and father of two.
