William "Bill" Mattingly is a Republican candidate running for re-election as Judge of the Orphans' Court in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. Before his judicial career, he worked as a Road Patrol Officer for local Sheriff's Departments. He later retired as a District Manager for Waste Management of Southern Maryland. Additionally, Mattingly served on the Saint Mary's County Board of Education for eight years.
