William K. "Billy" Boniface is a Republican candidate for President of the Harford County Council in Maryland, a role he previously held from 2006 to 2014. Born in Havre de Grace, Boniface is a farmer and taxpayer dedicated to conservative leadership. He has served as Harford County's Director of Administration and Chief Advisor to the County Executive. Outside of local government, Boniface was a partner at Bonita Farm and past president of the Maryland Horse Breeders Association. His 2026 campaign focuses on lowering taxes, fighting reckless overdevelopment, supporting law enforcement, and ensuring educational accountability.
