Bob Long

Bob Long is a Republican politician who represents District 6 in the Maryland House of Delegates. His tenure in office began on January 14, 2015. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, where he was born on January 11, 1957, Long pursued his higher education at Essex Community College and the Community College of Baltimore County. His professional background before entering public service includes work as a union truck driver. Since 1985, he has also established a career as a real estate broker and consultant. Long holds memberships in the Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Rifle Association. A resident of Dundalk, Maryland, he is married and has four children. His current term is set to conclude in January 2027.
