Bobbi Weiler is an incumbent District Court Judge for North Dakota's South Central Judicial District #6 in Bismarck, appointed by Governor Doug Burgum in 2020. Born in Lewistown, Montana, in 1983, she holds a bachelor's from the University of Mary (2005) and a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2009). Admitted to the ND Bar in 2010, she practiced private law for a decade, specializing in family and criminal cases as a partner at Jackson, Thomason & Weiler, P.C. She also engaged in pro bono work and coached mock trial. Her judicial approach has included assigning community service, such as helping the homeless, for some offenders. She is seeking re-election in 2026.
