Congressman Brendan F. Boyle represents Pennsylvania's 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he was the first in his family to attend college, earning degrees from the University of Notre Dame and Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Prior to his election to Congress in 2014, Boyle served in the Pennsylvania State Legislature. In Congress, he serves as the Ranking Member of the House Budget Committee.
