Brett Gailey is a candidate for Snohomish County Charter Review Commission, District 5 in Everett, Washington — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Brett Gailey is the current Mayor of Lake Stevens, first elected in 2019 and reelected in 2023. He is a retired law enforcement officer with 21 years of service at the Everett Police Department and is a Colonel in the US Army Reserves. Gailey holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish from Boise State University and an MBA from the American Military University. He serves on the Snohomish County Tomorrow Executive Committee and was elected to the Association of Washington Cities board of directors in 2024.
