Brett Mohler

Brett Mohler, a 23-year resident of Albia, Iowa, is an engineer in the agricultural manufacturing industry, a husband, and a father. He is running for the Iowa House of Representatives District 26 as a Democrat, motivated by the personal experience of his son's Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis and the challenges facing rural Iowans. Mohler aims to build a durable rural Iowa by addressing critical "kitchen-table" issues such as access to quality healthcare, support for public schools, and clean water initiatives like the Iowa Healthy Waters Act. He advocates for economic populism and believes in electing politicians with real-world careers over career politicians.
