Brett Muchow is a farm manager at Verdant Hollow Farms in Buchanan, Michigan, and a former National Board Certified English teacher in Chicago. He serves as the Region 14 Vice Chair for the Michigan Democratic Party Rural Caucus and as the 1st Co-Vice Chair of the Berrien County Democratic Party. In 2022, Muchow ran for Berrien County Commissioner for District 8. He is now running in the 2026 Democratic primary for Michigan State Senate District 17.
