Brian Kevin Fitzpatrick is an American politician, attorney, and former FBI agent serving as the U.S. representative for Pennsylvania's 1st congressional district. Before his election to Congress, Fitzpatrick served as the National Director for the FBI's Campaign Finance and Election Crimes Enforcement Program and as a National Supervisor for the FBI's Public Corruption Unit. He earned both a JD and MBA from Penn State University.
