Brian Munson is a long-time resident of Battle Ground and Clark County. He has previously served on the Battle Ground City Council, appointed to Position No. 1 in 2016. Before his council appointment, he was the chair of the city's planning commission. Munson has worked as an operator for BNSF Railway for over 18 years and has been actively involved in the community as a youth sports coach and board member. During his previous term, he created the Adopt-A-Park Community Rewards Program to encourage volunteerism. He is married with four children.
