Brian Pacheco is a fourth-generation family farmer, dairyman, and the Fresno County Supervisor representing District 1. First elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2014, he assumed office in 2015. Pacheco previously served 12 years on the Kerman Unified School District Board of Trustees and is a past president of the Fresno County Farm Bureau. He earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from UC Davis. Pacheco is running as a Democratic candidate for California State Assembly District 27.
