Brian Pickard

Brian Pickard was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2021 and is the current representative for Director District 3. He has over 30 years of experience within the South Kitsap School District as a teacher, coach, principal, and district administrator. He holds a Master in Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Pickard has been a resident of the South Kitsap community for more than 32 years and has been actively involved in various community organizations, including serving as a past president and current board member of the South Kitsap Helpline Food Bank and a past board member of Kitsap Community Resources. He is married to a retired teacher from the district, and they have two adult children who are graduates of South Kitsap schools.
