Brigitta M. Mullican is a member of the Republican Central Committee for Maryland's Legislative District 17. A retired federal government budget officer with 36 years of service, she is also the treasurer for the Montgomery County Republican Party. Mullican is a naturalized U.S. citizen, having immigrated from Germany. She is a proponent of limited government, reduced taxes, and voter integrity. Her community involvement includes serving on the Rockville Board of Supervisors of Elections and as a past treasurer for the Montgomery County League of Women Voters. She has run in four nonpartisan elections in the City of Rockville.
