Brittany Miles is a memoirist, mental health advocate, and the mother of a daughter with early-onset schizophrenia. Her writing on mental health has been featured in publications like Newsweek and The Seattle Times. She holds a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Williams College and works as a product owner for the Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF). Miles is the former First Vice President of the League of Women Voters of Seattle-King County and was a 2023 nominee for the North Urban Human Services Alliance (NUHSA) Human Services Award.
