Bruce Cook has been a resident of the Key Peninsula since 2013 and lives in Lakebay. He previously worked in investment management for the University of Texas, where he also earned his doctorate with a dissertation on college fundraising. He has operated a consulting service since 2000 and has served on the boards of approximately 20 nonprofit organizations, including Serving Our Neighbors and Junior Achievement. He is also an ordained minister and has published four books on finance and spiritual matters.
