Bruce Roy

Bruce Roy is a Williston, Vermont resident and lifelong Chittenden County resident. A retired U.S. Air Force and Vermont Air National Guard ('Green Mountain Boys') colonel, he served four years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, then worked 30 years at IBM — first as an engineer and later on the business side — while continuing his military service, retiring as a colonel in 2008 and from IBM in 2013. He graduated from Essex Junction High School and the University of Vermont, served on the Essex School Board, taught for 10 years at the Community College of Vermont, and serves as a Williston Justice of the Peace and on Williston's Board of Abatement and Board of Civil Authority. He has lived in Williston since 2001.
