Bryce Owings is a lifelong Lynnwood resident who graduated from Mountlake Terrace High School. He works as a union carpenter and has been involved in major local construction projects, including the Lynnwood Link light rail extension. Owings has lived experience with homelessness and substance abuse, having completed a rehabilitation program. He is now a husband and father of three.
