Candace Hart

Candace Hart is the Democratic candidate running for the Maryland House of Delegates in Legislative District 7B. A lifelong resident of the area, her deep roots in the community inform her perspective and political goals. Hart grew up in Abingdon and is a graduate of Edgewood High School. She furthered her education at Harford Community College, where she earned degrees in Political Science and Psychology. Professionally, she has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and title industry and is currently self-employed as a Licensed Title Producer. As a mother of two grown children and a resident of Joppa, Hart is focused on addressing the rising cost of living and serving as a dedicated advocate for the families in her district.
