Carissa Brewer

Carissa Brewer, formerly Carissa Hober, is a Democratic candidate vying for election to the Idaho State Senate to represent District 4 in 2026. She is a pharmacist by profession, having earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003 and graduating from the University of California San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2007. She also completed her high school diploma at Valhalla High School and took classes at the University of Texas, Austin.
