A native of Chester, Pennsylvania, she worked in the healthcare field for over 13 years, serving in various roles including as a trauma outreach specialist and gun violence interventionist. She first assumed office in January 2023. Kazeem graduated from Ridley High School and received an associate degree in medical coding from Anthem College before earning a paralegal degree.
