Caroline F. Quinn is an incumbent District Court Judge for Judicial District 8. She was appointed to the position by Governor Josh Stein to fill the vacancy left by the retiring Honorable William "Bill" Farris. Prior to her appointment, Quinn served as the Clerk of the Superior Court in the 8th Judicial District and previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the 8th Prosecutorial District. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor from Campbell University.
