Carolyn Moulton was appointed to the Anacortes City Council in April 2019. She is the owner of a local bicycle shop. Moulton has been actively involved in the community, serving on the Skagit County Homeless Housing Plan Task Force, the Anacortes Housing Affordability and Community Services Committee, the Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Committee, the Anacortes Parks Foundation, and the Anacortes Community Forest Advisory Board. She holds a BA in English.
