Carrie Hubbard is a lifelong resident of Grays Harbor and a graduate of Grays Harbor College with both an Associate and Bachelor's degree. She has worked at Harbor Architects LLC since 1999 and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2025. In this role, she manages business operations, contracts, and grant administration. Hubbard was appointed to the Aberdeen City Council in April 2025 to fill a vacancy. She is active in the community, serving on the Downtown Aberdeen Association's Design and Economic Vitality Committee and as a member of P.E.O., a philanthropic organization supporting women's education.
