Cassidy Buechle Curtis

Cassidy Buechle Curtis was appointed to the Cle Elum City Council in January to fill a vacant position. She previously served on the city's Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission. Originally from Kalispell, Montana, she later moved to Seattle before making Cle Elum her home in 2019. She is a graduate of Central Washington University (CWU) with a degree in information technology and administrative management, with a focus on project management. Her professional background includes leadership roles in property management and human resources. She also serves as the appointed Upper County representative on the Kittitas County Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee.
