Dr. Catherine (Cat) Cotton was elected to the City Council in November 2023. She has been a Snoqualmie resident for over 20 years and has a 45-year career in emergency medicine, veterinary medicine, and firefighting. She holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University and is also an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Paramedic Firefighter. For over 20 years, she has been a member of the Snoqualmie Fire Department and has also served as Co-Chair for the Snoqualmie Arts Commission.
