Cathie Garber

Cathie Garber has over 25 years of experience in elections administration, including 15 years as the Director of the Clark County Elections Office. In 2024, she was named Washington's Elections Administrator of the Year. Garber is a Certified Elections Registration Administrator (CERA) and was a member of the Executive Steering Committee that implemented VoteWA, the statewide voter registration and elections management system. Her background involves working collaboratively with members of different political parties.
