Chad E. Hogston

Chad Hogston is a District Court judge for the 6th Judicial District (formerly the 5th), which presides over New Hanover and Pender counties in North Carolina. He was first elected to the court in 2010. Hogston received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University in 1993 and his J.D. from Campbell University Law School in 1996. Prior to his election, he practiced law with several firms, including Rountree & Seagle, Lineberry & White, Anderson & Hogston, and Hogston Law, P.C. His legal practice areas included criminal law, civil litigation, and personal injury.
