Chad Ingels is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Iowa's District 68, having served since 2023. He previously represented District 64 from 2021-2023. A native of Oelwein, Iowa, Ingels holds degrees from Iowa State University in horticulture and professional agriculture. He is a business owner, dedicated pig farmer, and conservation advocate. Currently, he serves on the Education, Health and Human Services, Labor and Workforce, and Veterans Affairs standing committees, and is Vice Chair of the Administrative Rules Review Committee.
