Chariel Dye

Chariel "Minnette" Dye has been a resident of Salisbury, NC for 24 years. She is a 1994 graduate of South Iredell High School and pursued a career in early childhood education, earning an associate's degree, a bachelor's degree in early childhood education administration, and a master's degree in education with a specialization in early childhood. She has worked as a teacher and director in various childcare facilities for 20 years. Dye now owns a marketing company, DRJ Trinity Business Group. She has been actively involved in the community, serving as the first vice chair of the Rowan County Democratic Party and volunteering with organizations like Team Up Tuesday.
