Charles Adkins is a policy analyst for The Tulalip Tribes, specializing in Child Welfare, Education, Housing, and Transportation. He is the Vice Chair of the Everett Planning Commission and was appointed by the governor to the Washington State Advisory Council on Homelessness. A member of the Yurok Tribe, Adkins experienced homelessness as a teenager and found support at Cocoon House in Everett, where he now serves as a board member. He is a graduate of Everett High School.
