Charles "Caleb" McCoy is a registered nurse and Army National Guard veteran running for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in District 79. Raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania, McCoy served in the National Guard from 2007 to 2012 before earning his nursing degree from Mount Aloysius College. He has worked in various healthcare settings, including as a travel nurse and director of nursing, and currently works at Presbyterian Village. He was the Democratic nominee for the 2026 special election.
