Charles 'Dutch' Staggs is an American politician and former law enforcement officer. A Republican, he was first elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 87 in 2020. Prior to his legislative service, Staggs had a distinguished career in law enforcement, including serving as the Sheriff of Berkeley County, West Virginia. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He focuses on public safety and local community issues in his legislative work.
