Charles H. Jordan

Charles H. Jordan was born in Currituck County, NC, and graduated as valedictorian from Currituck Union High School. He earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from North Carolina A & T State University and served in the Air National Guard. His career includes roles as an auditor for the Bendix Corporation and the Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia. He worked for the City of Philadelphia for 26 years, holding positions as an Accountant, Fiscal Director, and later Administrator for the city-owned Philadelphia Nursing Home. After retiring from city government, he worked as a Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Administrator in the private sector. Upon returning to Pasquotank County in 1997, he owned and operated C & R Tours, Inc., a charter bus business. He was first elected as a Pasquotank County Commissioner in 2010 and has served multiple terms.
