Born and raised in Catskill, Charles Holtz graduated from Catskill High School in 1991 and earned an A.S. from Columbia-Greene Community College. He is a NYS licensed land surveyor and owner/operator of Holtz Surveying in Catskill. As a parent, he values the work of teachers and educators and pledges support for the district, fiscal responsibility, equitable resources for all students, and accountability for district employees.
