A resident of Pensacola, he is the founder and CEO of Rusted Cutlass Records and the author of "Mobile: Future Dubai of the Gulf of Mexico". He graduated from Spring Hill College and previously served on the Mobile County Republican Executive Committee. Romagnano has also run for the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority and Mayor of Pensacola.
