Christopher Carl Collins is an American politician and businessman. He previously served as the U.S. representative for New York's 27th congressional district from 2013 to 2019 and as Erie County Executive. In 2019, Collins resigned from Congress and pleaded guilty to insider trading, receiving a 26-month prison sentence. He was pardoned by President Donald Trump in December 2020. Collins is currently a Republican candidate for Florida's 19th Congressional District in the 2026 election.
