Chris Duncan is a San Clemente City Councilmember, former Mayor, and former federal prosecutor with the Department of Homeland Security. Following the 9/11 attacks, he dedicated over 16 years to public service as a federal prosecutor, tackling political corruption, corporate wrongdoing, and human trafficking. He holds law degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Hawaii, and graduated from Boston College. He resides in San Clemente with his wife and three children.
