Chris Stearns, a member of the Navajo Nation, is an incumbent Democratic State Representative for Washington's 47th legislative district, Position 2. He is seeking re-election in 2026. Stearns assumed office in January 2023 and currently serves as Speaker Pro Tem in the State House, where he presides over floor debates. He also chairs the Members of Color Caucus and is Vice-Chair of the State Government and Tribal Relations Committee.
