Christian Licier

Christian Licier is a nonpartisan candidate running for election to the Harford County Board of Education to represent Councilmanic District B in Maryland. He is on the ballot for the primary election occurring on June 23, 2026. Licier brings a professional background in school administration and public education to his candidacy. He has previously worked within the Baltimore City Public Schools system, serving as an assistant principal at both Garrison Middle School and Patterson High School, where he focused on analyzing data to address chronic student absenteeism. In July 2020, Licier became the principal of Bay-Brook Elementary/Middle School.
