Christina Aspaas, 58, is a Democrat running for the New Mexico House of Representatives to represent District 4 in the June 2, 2026 primary. An electrician by trade, holding an AA in Controls Tech and MSHA certification, she resides in Fruitland. She is challenging an incumbent in her current primary race. Aspaas previously ran for a nonpartisan school board position in 2025 and also for this same State Representative seat in the 2022 Democratic primary, which she did not win.
