Christopher Bell Erwin, known as Chris Erwin, is a Republican representing District 32 in the Georgia House of Representatives. Born April 26, 1962, he previously served District 28. Before his political career, Erwin was a business director for Carroll Daniel Construction Company and an acclaimed school administrator, including 11 years as superintendent of the Banks County School System. He earned his B.S. from the University of Georgia and M.S. from Georgia State University. He chairs the House Education Committee and serves on multiple other committees. Erwin is seeking re-election in the May 19, 2026 Republican primary. He resides in Homer, Georgia.
