Christopher R. Girard is the Mayor of Bay City, Michigan, elected in 2024 after serving nine years as the 6th Ward City Commissioner. He previously spent over two decades as the President and CEO of Do-All Inc., a local nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities. A Bay City native, Girard holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Alma College. He also co-owns Girard Investments, a property investment company. He is a candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives in District 96.
