Christopher Deluzio is the incumbent U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 17th Congressional District, having first assumed office in 2023. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, he served as an active-duty surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy, which included deployments to Iraq. Following his military service, Deluzio earned his law degree from Georgetown Law. He subsequently worked as a voting rights attorney at the Brennan Center for Justice and policy director at Pitt Cyber.
