Chryseis McHugh is a teacher at Manasquan High School. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in biology and holds dual certification in elementary and secondary education. At Manasquan High School, she teaches various science courses including Advanced Lab Biology, Lab Astronomy, and Principles of Biomedical Science. She also serves as the advisor for the Life Is Good Club and the National Honor Society. In January 2018, she was recognized as a High School Teacher of the Month.
